As a scandinavian I find it a bit difficult to fall into the conversation on this site. The thought of a person being without medical care, solid economical wellfare and without a home at the samt time is an abstract to us in Denmark.
Homelessness is something different in different cultures. We know it mostly as the feeling of not belonging to a home, not as an unvolentary loss, especialy not as a consequence of loosing work.
I proud of being here - never the less. I'm f*ck!ng proud of Kengis fight, and especially his lack of ability to demand something only for him self.
I have heard so many wonderful things about you from Kengi. I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting him a few weeks ago just by chance. I have been reading his blog for a very long time now and have been so moved by him and his courage.
What are some of your thoughts or views on homelessness?
I don't know enough about the US to make a considered comment.
But I believe that in the developed world, given our wealth and privilege, it is only lack of political will and poor organization which stops us at least offering a home to those without one.
Tell us something about yourself
