This is the 3rd time after both my radiation and chemo that I"m going for my MRI this thursday. *fingers crossed* it will be clear. I guess i'm going to have to get used to this...the MRI's, the claustrophobia and the trying to find my veins. And ...

- Everybody should have a home, or something to call ur own. Having no place to go ..I can't imagine that. Its humbling to say the least. You never realise just how much u have to be thankful for and how much you are priviledged to have what u already have.
- What are some of your thoughts or views on gays and lesbians?
- They're no different from you and I. A person is a person, its what is on the inside that counts.
- What are your thoughts and views on HIV/AIDS?
- There should be more emphasis on HIV/AIDS and how we can help, done here in Australia. Having HIV/AIDS, its similar to the world I live in 'the cancer world' - all cancer is about our immune systerms failing. Finding out more info and taking steps for prevention, we need that.
- If you could change one thing about the world we live in what would it be?
- Provide more peace & compassion instead of violent resolution.

Just reflecting...

I still can't quite get used to the feeling of it all, the nervousness, the fear and the wait. The waiting is too long. And I know in reality it only takes a few days to get the results… Continue

I am grateful for...
I am grateful for my spiritual faith and the belief that whatever comes I have the strength to deal with it (at least most of the time). I am grateful for my health and the health of my loved ones including my friends. I am grateful of the continued improvement of my speech, practice makes perfect. I am grateful for the home over my head. I am grateful for my family esp my mum, who I know worries about me and I about her. Trying to have hope
Things are all jumbled up inside my head. I feel like crying in my fustration of fear.
A friend said it gets easier at every mri, well for me it only gets harder. And to think I'm only just at the beggining of this its only been a year since I was diagnosed with brain cancer. But every MRI gets harder and harder to get through. Not only because they find so much trouble to find the veins in my hand, and that my stomach is one of the 2% that has a reaction to the dye they use(this doesn't help!).… Continue

I am well. Just up late working on things for the webite and I have a HUGE month long outreach that starts next month, so i am swamped with things to do.
I am also training for the 2009 AIDS Bike Ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, so I trying to find sponsors and raise the 3500 to be able to ride.
I will say a long prayer for you tonight my friend and i hope you rest well. I think of you often and you are always in my prayers.
