Kengi, you're so refreshing...i really needed this energy today...its been a horrible weekend for me. You and Dab are too cute...lol
I use to run track in high school and a little in college but that was so long ago. I will ask some people I know who still run and let you know what they say ok.

- There is no reason why America should have such a high homelessness rate. I want to do my part to help out and I want to learn more and educate myself about the causes, etc.

- We all have a right to be happy and live our lives the way we want as long as we are not hurting anyone else.
- What are your thoughts and views on HIV/AIDS?
- The numbers continue to grow and I want to do my part to help reduce those numbers and to help support those who live with HIV/AIDS.
- If you could change one thing about the world we live in what would it be?
- Every single person would be kind to others.
- Tell us something about yourself
- I use to do lots of volunteer work but I stopped as my life became more hectic but I want to make time to be of service to others.

Today my grandpa passed away,
he stopped eating last friday
after a 10 year battle with Alzheimer's.
